EndyMed PRO Shaper Brisbane
EndyMed PRO Shaper: Skin Tightening & Cellulite Reduction
This revolutionary treatment can reduce unwanted fat, diminish cellulite and tighten skin in a wide range of areas.*
What is the EndyMed 3D radiofrequency treatment?
The EndyMed PRO Shaper is part of the EndyMed platform, which uses radiofrequency energy for skin tightening. Radiofrequency (or RF) is an excellent method for tightening loose skin and skin laxity.
This form of energy is not laser energy, so post-procedure downtime is minimal. The treatment targets the lower part of your skin heat with heat, while the upper part remains untouched. Over time, collagen is stimulated and skin laxity is reduced.*
Where can radiofrequency skin tightening be used?
How does the EndyMed PRO Shaper work?
The EndyMed PRO Shaper is specifically designed for radiofrequency skin treatment on the body. It is powered by six electrodes that are simultaneously controlled to deliver uniformed heating to the lower layers of skin. Large areas of the body, including the stomach, flanks, and thighs can be treated.*
How long does each EndyMed treatment take?
This depends entirely on the treated area. In general, treatments last from 20 to 35 minutes. Fat reduction, cellulite treatments, and skin tightening all have unique protocols that differ slightly in treatment times.*
Is skin tightening painful?
When will I see the results from my EndyMed RF treatment?
Results are generally seen after the second or third treatment, though most patients require between four to seven treatments* (depending on their expectations and skin laxity).
How does the EndyMed PRO Shaper compare to Thermage RF for skin tightening?
Thermage is a well known brand for skin tightening and can be an excellent device for the treatment of loose skin around the tummy, arms, and legs. Unfortunately, Thermage works better for certain ethnic skin types than others, including Asian and darker skin colours. This is due to the thicker collagen found in these skin types.
At the Fiori Institute of Skin and Body we often use Thermage for darker skinned patients, but for Caucasian patients, we prefer the EndyMed PRO shaper due to the fact that collagen is thinner and responds better to the decreased contraction rate. In general, EndyMed treatments are more affordable and much less painful compared to Thermage.*
How do we use the EndyMed PRO shaper at the Fiori Institute?
At the Fiori Institute of Skin and Body, we realise that personalised treatment plans are the best way to achieve optimal results. For most patients, a combination of problem areas are identified, such as unwanted or excess fat, loose skin, as well as cellulite.
Our most common treatment combination is a method known as cryolipolysis completed with our CoolSculpting or CoolTech devices, coupled with RF skin tightening. This gives the best results-- better than either treatment could hope to achieve alone!*
